What is Baby doing this week? Time to watch what we say (don’t we always?!) – baby is now able to hear outside noises from down in the womb. Studies show that baby finds gentle music and your own voice most soothing. His/her nipples are starting to sprout, and that little face is fully formed. And, baby’s starting to settle into sleep cycles, snoozing about 12-14 hours a day. It shouldn’t be hard to figure out when- just need to pay attention to those kicks as they start and stop.
Maternity Clothes? Yes, but I’m still finding clothes that I can fit into.
Symptoms? Calf cramps!! Ouch.
We also went and picked Raspberries and Blackberries– yummy!! Can’t wait to make jam.
Miss Anything? Nothing this week.
Food aversions? Nothing new.
Wedding Rings- On or Off? On
Mood? Feeling good!
Exercise: Doing morning runs. Ran another 6kms- this time in 41 minutes.
Looking forward to: Our next prenatal group class. Our midwives have a monthly group of woman and their partners who are all due around the same time as us, and we get our belly checks and then learn about pregnancy, and about birthing… (that part scares me!)
Preparing for Baby by: Trying to figure out the nursery, also booking photographers for maternity and lifestyle newborn.
(Just over 3 months)
